Since 2017, CVWSS has supported the INVICTUS games athletes in their training by offering gym time, coaching, and equipment. This year is no exception. Coach Stephane was invited to the IG23 training camp at CFB Esquimalt.
We were also privileged to have 2 INVICTUS athletes come to our practice last Tuesday. Rock and Patrick came to play during the Moving Forward Together week in the Comox Valley. Thank you Mike Werth and Kasandra Roy for hosting our guest.
Thank you Bowsey for the opportunity, Coaches Simon and Tim for their support and for bringing in local athletes to challenge the players. The Pender kids were great opponents.
